Return / Refund Policy

No refunds or returns on services.

If there was an issue with the service, reach out immediately and we will reach a solution together.

Products that are defective or damaged must be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date in order to receive a new product, or receive a store credit.

Products returned unopened, unused, with all packaging still on, in original packaging will receive a 100% store credit.

Opened, unsealed and/or particularly used products are not returnable. No refunds on sale products.

However, if a reaction occurs to a product, you must reach out and notify Skin by Breana within 48 hrs, and we will refund or credit the individual product that caused the allergic reaction.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Skin By Breana LLC has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge, up until 48 hours before your service. After that you will be charged a fee. A credit card is required to be kept on file to hold any appointment and will only be charged if you violate one of our cancellation policies. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without 48 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that time slot. Not only is that an inconvenience to the business but also means other clients miss their chance to receive services.

Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance will result up to 50% of the service fee being charged to the card on file.

If you no call/no show (ie haven't called to cancel your appointment and then don't show up for your scheduled appointment), your card on file will be charged up to 100% of the service fee. If this happens twice, you will be required to pre-pay for all future services.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced a fever or any flu like symptoms within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Late arrival

If it’s your first time coming to the studio, we request you arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out any paperwork needed.

If you are running late, please inform us immediately. We allow a 15 minute grace period of lateness, anything after that your service may be shortened. If you are more than 30 mins late, it’s at our discretion to take you or reschedule. If the appointment has to rescheduled/cancelled, you will be charge 50% of the service. If we take you, within the shortened time, you will be charged full price for whatever services you received
