Please reach out if you are not fully satisfied with your order! If you wish to refund or exchange, please reach out to us at info@skinbybreana.com with your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns: (In-studio & Online Purchases)
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- We require photos of the product to verify return eligibility.
Skin Reactions: - Online Store Purchases Only
- All skincare purchases are made at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any skin reactions or sensitivities. Skincare routines vary, and as we are not involved in the application, usage, or layering of products in your personal skincare routine, we cannot verify how products are used and therefore are not responsible for the outcome.
- If you experience a reaction and would like guidance on a recovery routine, please email us the following at info@skinbybreana.com so we can offer general support:
- Refunds due to skin reactions are made at our discretion and ae not guaranteed.
Refunds: (In-studio & Online Purchases)
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping and return label fees are non-refundable for orders not caused by our error.
Exchanges: (In-studio & Online Purchases)
- An exchange will be accepted provided the received product remains in its original, unused condition.
